    Christchurch cyclists are wankers

Was going to tell you a tale of an aggressive, foul-mouthed, arsehole on a push bike in Christchurch today but I can't be frigged. You know what they can be like.

Anyway, I did end my conversation with him by just saying: "Oh, and pay some bloody ACC".

Careful, last time I had a rant about the League of Extraordinarily Tight Lycra Wearing Gentlemen I got told off....

But yes, I know exactly what you mean.

Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? ...He's a mile away and you've got his shoes

    Got told off for what?

I considered giving one a lawmaster kick on the way past today. Middle of the bloody road in the middle of nowhere....

It's worse when they get all shitty at us for riding our motorbikes in the cycle lanes. They don't pay vehicle licencing on their push bikes to fund building those cycle lanes after all.

Read it for yourself mate (bottom of the page) : http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...post1129460783

Having just witnessed the lunatic antics on the way home of one of Spandex encapsulated friends I may have been guilty of slight over-ranting, but I know I'm not the only one to have witnessed their total disregard for road rules, other road users and the aggressive attitude that goes with it. (apologies to the few law abiding cyclists that I know are out there)

Lol, there are so many roadies that seem to ignore the biker lanes when they are around, and simply ride a meter away from them instead.
Whoops, did I purposely backfire as I went past you? Shit dude, my bad.

Or the people that ride 3-4 abroad in the country. God damnit.
Some people just can't seem to comprehend that they do not have the right to be unoffended in their lives.

So shouldn't that say "Christchurch cyclist" then?

Bit like saying all Motorcyclists are arseholes because of the actions of one of then

Most cyclists would own a car and pay vehicle licensing on that

You could probably argue that a similar proportion of motorcyclists also own cars and pay twice as much....

    Just saying...

I pay all the relevant car fees and DON'T ride a bicycle.

So if bicycle riders with cars want to pretend they are paying for their bike lanes with their cars fees, they can keep their cars off my fucking road.

Do you not understand the difference between a Motorcycle and a Bicycle?

You could just as easily be describing any motorists regardless of what they drive or ride

Molly's right, though. Christchurch cyclists are wankers.

    Ask any Auckland cyclist.

Why would I want to ask those Orcland latte sipping lycra clad faggots anything?
