Thread: Retro fixup-1988 Honda Nifty 50

    Have got it cranking over, but its just not making that last little(and yet so significant) step of firing and catching. Tries about 5 times, makes a funy sound and repeats the cycle ad nauseum.
    Anyone know what might be causing this?

    Update: Had fixed this up, then broke engine doing the off road mx track down by the local river.
    Bike sat in shed for 10 months untill a good friend gifted me a parts bike and now I have an engine that is 9200km fresher and goes faster even before any tuning work

    If you plant your feet and twist the throttle they will stand up like a dog begging!!
    Useful for turning them around in a small shed
