I spent quite a bit of money back in the day, working with a chap who'd gone to the trouble of getting a degree and, as far as I could tell, sat up late every night reading professional journals on sports physiology and endocrinology.

He could also squat more than me, and he went on to spend a year as David Tua's strength coach (and you gotta admit, Tua never lost a bout due to not hitting hard enough...)

Of course, the stupid little muffins in tight T-shirts who prance around the gyms calling themselves 'personal trainers' are generally uneducated idiots. But then, I suppose all those overweight 40-year-old women from Remuera need *someone* to count out their reps at $60 an hour and encourage them not to eat chocolate cake.

    I mean WGAF?
Can I please remove Aucklanders (we're quite friendly really ) and replace them with Bottled Water, particularly so-called Sports Waters which have more sugar in them than a really sugary thing!

Also "Baby on Board" stickers should be read as "I may undertake an outrageous manoeuvre at any moment as I'm not really concentrating on driving at all", particularly dangerous when attached to said SUVs.

Jesus wept. Robyn and her camp followers. I wonder how much fawning is required before one is allowed to kiss her ring...
