Can someone please tell me if I'm being racist, sexist, ageist or what,.....
I love mussels, but I'm really not that fond of the orange ones, prefer the white ones. So what is the difference between the orange ones and the white ones? Breed? Sex? Age?
And which ones do you prefer?

Cant eat them! Spent 10 days in hospital after eating one raw oyster for the first time a couple of years ago. Never been tempted to eat a mussel, and given my horrendous allergy to oysters I never will.

Yum ! Only seafood i won't eat is Kina ! Ya can have them, but shellfish yeah orange ones white ones black ones ! Just be careful when selecting them. No cracks etc and not slightly open. And after they are cooked, if one is NOT open, then toss it.
