Atleast you got to meet new peaple and enjoy a semi nice ride. Some peaple (like me) were either stuck at work or at home with nothin better to do.

You still had the ride up there and meeting everybody. But i can see how that would suck. Did you atleast get to partake of the BBQ at Quasi's?

Great Day ...Thanks MR and Quasi

and everyone else (Enigma, Hoon, TS, Saslex) who helped out to manage a day without incident considering how many bikes where there that is an awesome achievement. I didnt stay around for the BBQ as I had a 2 hour ride to get home and thought there may have just been a few too many of us for Brets neighbours to cope with

After today I have decided that speed isnt everything and its about getting out there and meeting new people and going new places...the more I ride the better I will get - TRUELY!. As I was having a relaxing potter and these guys were flying past I am in awe at the skill.

Thank you to the poor fella that had to give me a push up cos my short ass legs couldnt get the bike upright...now that was kinda embarrassing

Wish i had known yall were gonna go to raglan. I might have been able to meet you at the turn off from the thermal explorer motorway.

well a long hot day, I came back slow as due to the bike slipping around a fair bit, and when I tried to give it a bit I had the back end whip out on a tar snake! Had a good run north into ngarawahia with the guys on the bigger bikes but then the road turned to average!

Cheers to Bret for the barbie and vid!!

ps that was some shady splitting there aye ts!

pps at bombay my bike lost all electrics, there was nothing alive in the bike after backing it from the pump to infront of the store. checked fuses battery everything couldn't find fault, then TS just pushed it forward a foot or two and it was as though it never had the problem..... weird, maybe bikes dont like going back wards?

Yep! I will say thanks to everyone orginising and all. I had the best time! Learning lots of new skills and meeting some cool guys!

That slippery Tar and gravel patches almost made me wet myself a few times! Had a few hairy moments! But everything turned out OK!

Let me know when the next KB Ride is on because i'm keen as!
