Just saw some dick head doing wheelies on Riddell Road here in glendowie.
I dont care about the wheelie but the fact that the dumb ass isnt wearing a helmet either.
little red scooter, tan seat. guy was white brown top gray type trou.

do scooter riders think that because they are on a little bike that they won't get hurt?? I seldom see a scooter rider wearing any kind of safety gear.... other than a helmet and, the other day I was following a guy on a scooter through town ..... following him at a safe distance and slightly to the right of him so he could see me in his mirrors and he was totally oblivious to my presence, no head checks.... nothing then, when we stopped at the lights he pulls out his cell phone and starts txting
