OT: FS Very clean Hilux Surf

1995 Toyota Hilux Widebody Surf SSR-G 3.0 Turbo Diesel with ALL the extras - fully loaded. Very pretty in powder blue / silver, aftermarket alloys and black tints. 137,000km's.



A very very clean vehicle inside and out. Owned by a doctor (Taupo) for going to the snow before me, and kept very tidy since. Black privacy tints all around.

Four brand new tyres. Brand new WOF this month. 12 months rego paid up. RUC up to date and more. No money owing on it. Recent cam-belt / full service etc etc, the lot.

$3,000 worth of Alpine BBE MP3 ICE installed - all looks factory original except the tweeters mounted in the doors. 50 litre ported 10" sub does 130dBA @ 26Hz (genuinely frightening.) Component speakers with crossovers in four doors with 4ch Alpine external amp under passenger seat.

40 channel UHF CB mounted in the ashtray - looks factory standard.

Has been the ideal family "go do something / lifestyle" camping/travelling/boating vehicle for us. Kids say "can we take your truck Dad? - coz its cool."

Have bought a later model one. Other than my bike, this is the coolest thing I have owned. Offers over $13k please.

Pretty much thats what we did with it, and thats what the sub was designed for, although it plays techno, R&B, and ambient-sci real well. Not well suited to 70's and 80's rock.
