Thats a whole diffrent argument right their.. Some people see in shades of grey and others see in black and white.. My guess is its literally different wiring in the brain.

    Bullshit.
Certain social groups commit crime, sure - but is ethnicity the cause?

Where homogeneous communities exist, they separate along economic lines and the poor/less educated get the blame.

I don't think it's different brain wiring. I think it's a case of if people are willing to do their homework and find out why the stats you mentioned earlier are so, rather than believe the stereotypes and labels regarding any group in society.

In my view racism and/or prejudice generally comes from misinformation and believing 1 size fits all - such as the rhetoric around in the 80's that 'all men are rapists' and the rhetoric that states 'all feminists are men haters' etc, etc, etc.

    Cause and correlation are unrelated.

A correlation between ethnicity and crimerates can exist without ethnicity being the cause of the correlation. I hope that makes sense.

The black and white vs grey thing doesnt just apply to race, politics, prejudice or anything else. Some people just see the world in different ways. Some see the big picture, others dont, some see black and white, some see a few shades of grey, others see a million shades of grey. Just like some people are visual learners, others kinesthetic learners, etc etc.

    Very good.
The problem is I didn't say that that the particular group caused it, I said that they got the blame for it.

Okay I see what you're saying. I misunderstood your earlier post.

Basically my argument will always be that racism and prejudice have contributed greatly to the major world wide fuck ups.

Therefore, why contribute to that and try justify it by quoting stats that say a stereotype of a certain ethnicity is true so that makes racist comments justifiable...yeah, I think that made sense.

That one went right over my head.
