Senior Officers in various Motorcycle Police units, throughout the USA, are noting definite attitude changes among their staff.So much so, specialised equipment has been issued to an ever increasing number of Motorcycle Police members.
Studys are being made, so far without any firm conclusion, as to why this phenomenon is occuring. Draw your own conclusions...
(There are no reports of this equipment being ordered, [or needed] for any New Zealand Police members.)
