    Motorcycle breaks auction record

A British record has been set for a classic motorcycle. A 1939 Vincent-HRD 998cc Series-A Rapide sold for £214,800 (NZD 559,250) at Bonhams.

The previous record holder was a 1934 Brough Superior 996cc SS100 bought for £166,500 (NZD 433,125)

If ya knew the answers to those questions , i'd prolly still be looking at the old mans collection of indians, vincents and matchless's
Promptly leaves this thread for fear of breaking down !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !
