There we go, gave them a call and got more stuff set up.

The clutch plates are in, will be taking it home with me soon, though don't have the pivot bolt/bush

Now have their yamaha part number however, but their "genuine yamaha parts", on an old bike, so might not be the easiest to find, but worth a look.

The Genuine Part Number of them are
    Bush: 12R-22184-00
    Bolt: 1VJ-22141-00

Can't find them on that yamaha website. Searching on google, found 'boats.net' that has both the bush and the bolt,
    Yamaha SHAFT,PIVOT 1VJ-22141-00-00 $29.64
    Yamaha BUSH 12R-22184-00-00 $49.05

Thats in US dollars though, and would probably cost extra for shipping, but in current NZD thats about $133.08, which does save me a bit, but then add shipping (shouldn't be too much, not large parts), and it'll probably go up a bit. Still alot cheaper than the $200+ it would cost me.

Also, the other thing is I would probably need expertise to pull my back wheel apart, and put this in, do we (meaning SMC) have the tools and expertise to do this at a fix it?

    Just one bushing eh?
    Its the same as that for a 82 -83 XS400 (J, K , RJ, RK) and a 90-95 XT600E
The shaft is only listed as common to the XS400 of the above models...
    SHAFT,PIVOT $36.30
    BUSH $54.60

From Bikebandit.com, whom im getting my bits from when i get time to find the size of the klr bore...

Dunno if its just one or more, but gonna ask alot more questions when I pick my bike up, where I can ask them in person, which is alot easier than over the phone.

Well it hasn't completely fallen apart yet, so that means that theres time for someone who actually knows what their doing to have a look at it too, if they want to, before I order the parts. I'll definetely ask if its just one bushing that I need, and if theres any parts besides the bushing and the pivot bolt
