    Helmet Cam test 1

    • Helmet Cam test 1
    • First clip taken using the rather dodgy helmet cam. I´ve got the camera (after some modification with a file) mounted on the side of my helmet and held in place by a large rubber band i.e. a piece of tyre innertube cut to measure.
I found mounting it on the handlebars was good but it picked up every small bit of vibration which often made it blurry.
The neck is a great dampener but now the problem is me looking around all the time!
I also think I´m gonna have to lock the autofocus ...
At the end of the clip, while I´m checking the bike, the clicking noise is the autofocus.

    Helmet Cam test 1

Not a fan of the helmet cam - made me a wee bit queezy. I think the tank is the best place for a mount - especially if you have a fairing to protect the mic from wind noise.
