    absolutely, coffee will be a MUST will be good to try out the seat on the bandit to see how it goes on a longer trip

    Most service stations sell hot and cold beverages. Save your luggage space for useful stuff, like wet weather gear and a change of gloves.

    Actually, this ride isn't like the Grand Challenge. It's all very relaxed and casual. as I recall last year we all spent at least an hour and a half on the foreshore in Taupo having lunch and coffees.

    It really just felt like it does when we go to Martinborough for brunch. One of the best days I've had out riding.

    Ah, so that is that what happened to y'all!

    I sort of forgot to stop, was still an awesome ride though :-) So much fun, will find out Monday night if they really need me at the scout camp that weekend.
