1982 GPz550

In a moment of weakness bought an old GPz550 race bike to help make up numbers in the Pre 82 Post Classic class.
Its a little bit rough but seems to run OK.
It was crashed last time out, so I'm looking for some bits.
What I need to get it back on the track is a throttle slide for the throttle housing and a front brake lever. Also the right side engine cover.
What I'd also like are some side panels and instruments.
Got anything around or know of anything?

The throttle tubes are pretty generic and should be something suitable at a good wreckers. After market levers are around $15. z400/4,500/4 and 550/4 rh engine covers should fit if you can get hold of them. Unsure but z/kz(or gpz/x)650/750/900/1000/1100 ones may fit also. In saying that any machine shop will be able to spin up something suitable.

The front mudguard fitted to it is off a sohc CB250RS.

Thanks, called into Budget M/C Spares on Saturday, they didnt appear to have a listing for the GPz front brake lever? Bought one that looked close, naturally I'd forgotten to take the old one and it's wrong, no surprise there then.
Have since found them on ebay, so do appear to be available.
Looks like this.
Also found a throttle slide at home that almost fitted, except the housing now wont clamp up flush, must be slightly different. Unfortunately the original slide has been biffed by previous owner, so can't check whats different. Will have another look around on Saturday, hopefully Pitlane M/C's is open, as Don usually has something!

The grooved area where the cable slips into may just be slightly bigger diameter than original. You may just need to trim 1/4-1/2 a mil alround for the housing to clamp up or ease out the housing hole were the slide comes out if you can't get the right sized one.
