RIP - Richard Wright (Pink Floyd)

Such sad news to hear this morning with the passing of Richard Wright, a co-founder of the absolutely fantastic rock group Pink Floyd.

Dark Side of the Moon was his trademark.

    He will never be forgotten!

The unknown member. Mention the band members' names without association to PF and most people will know Gilmour, Waters, Mason and even Syd. But Klose and Wright...
    Still, sad news.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Shine on Richard. Thanks for the awesome music. I still listen to The Dark Side of the Moon all the time. Listening to Shine on you crazy diamond at the moment. One of my all time favourite songs. RIP.

I would imagine thee to be many a stereo blasting out Floyd today. Mine is one of them.

Its a double whammy for me.
Floyd is one of my loves in life, and my other I lost this morning as well. My Nan, bless her soul.

The day is beautiful, as the sun is out, the stereo is blaring and the burbon is running!

Out of all the concerts I have been to Pink Floyd would have to be to me 1 of the most spectacular and most memorable concerts to this day. Their music will live on forever and so will the memory of Richard Wright. RIP.
