The local agents are Rolling Thunder - the Hardley Ableson tractor dealers on Manchester St

Can't answer your question re agents. But the Shoei Multitech is a great helmet. But you knew that already eh?

Suzuki Street and Sport has Shoei as well, don't know if they have the flip lid in particular.

    Rolling Thunder sales people?

I'm impressed they even spoke to you. My wife and I went looking for a new bike for her. Liked the Nightster, but no one was interested in even talking to us. Going to buy one from Auckland and ride it back.

Same thing when I brought my helmet from there, spent about 15 minutes trying on different sizes, brands but still the sales staff sat at their counters reading mags, chatting on phones etc.

Opinions are like arseholes: Everybody has got one, but that doesn't mean you got to air it in public all the time....

before they changed to just selling harley,s I ordered some leather trousers, next week she say,s they will be here.....six weeks later I go in and she says they have stopped making them and won,t be comming into the country any more, she tries to sell me apair that are too large and with the discount she will give me I can use it to have them altered!!! I say why don,t I buy the right size and save all the trouble??? a weeks later I get a call and lo and behold my trousers have arrived !!! but saying that she did give me a good discount but I sure as hell won,t buy anything from them again....

    Rolling Thunder, Street and Sport

I have found both of these shops really good. The Harley Shop is pretty cool place to hang out, and friendly. Much the same as the guys up at the triumph shop. I cruise into there and they are busy, I just wait and look about they sort me out. Much the same as down the road, its a busy shop.Bikefest is that put togeather buy all bike shops in CHCH.
