    I'm with AMI for bikes, they took a bit of convincing (a visit to the manager with a well-reasoned case) but htey have insured me for very reasonable premiums and from first-hand stories i hear, they pay out reasonably promptly and with little hassle.

    Have you been in and explained this to the manager? When you get a no from the lady at the desk, ask politely to speak to the manager. Then tell him what your case is, and you ought to get paid out....

    so thats a third in 2 years???? fuck that....
    especially since the same brand frames and lenses have actually gone up...
