Yep, VUW have always trained hard.

Fighter's training on Sundays was 3 hours duration.

Nice ride tonight. 6 weeks of rust to blow out, and it showed. lol

oh man
this thread was 3 pages back from the front...
So i thought Id post.

I got on my bike tonight all reved up for the wed ride, got about 2m out the garage and it rained.
Lucky i have an incline so i just shut down and rolled backwards into the garage.

So tomorrow (19th) for the thurs ride ill be there............. if its not raining
