pah, you're in the wrong job... I know them enough to support people with random queries, but about the most I use it is sticking logos on, indenting text, hard stuff aye?

Funniest was one client with highly modified excel sheets, massive strings of formulae, wanted to know why it wasn't working I did actually find the problem as well!!
