Will i toast my rear brake master c. if i leave it off?

the exhaust runs right in behind the right side foot bracket thingy. you foot will get toasty but its no biggie. as for the brake master cylinder my race bike has no heat sheild but the cylinder is located further away from the exhaust (after market rearsets),but not by alot so no biggie.
you can route the brake line (if its braided) through the swingarm. outside that i dunno how to remove the chain gaurd without finding a place for the brake line.
does that thing weigh much? why take it off?
I took all that shit off and my bike was fine, i ground and hacksawed everything i didnt need off
Mate I dont have a heat shield on mine No prob's.
Roll onRND 5
hey do the pillion pegs weigh much? I can't be bothered as is but i will take them off if they weigh anything worthwhile.
Hey tom what did you manage to hacksaw off exactly?
Well your guess is as good as mine. Two pieces of alloy. Would weigh fuck all...
In my opinion, not worth while removing... you never know, you might want to take someone somewhere one day.
Removing a few random pieces of bike is going to make no difference man to how fast your bike goes. If you want weight reduction to have an effect you need to do some serious shit, like make a whole new subframe etc.
Think about it this way, taking your pillion pegs off would probably make the same difference as if you had lunch before or after your ride lol
Just as long as your brake fluid don't boil its not too important
You need to swap it for a chrome one. It'll make another 5hp then.
