Blindingly Obvious Dept; Police in Taipei, Taiwan are looking for a motorcyclist who rode his motorbike naked through a city's main streets for one hour.
According to police, the motorcyclist - aged between 30-40 – they suspect the man is an exhibitionist and plan to file charges of conducting an immoral act in a public place against him.
Fantastic piece of deduction there – man rides naked through a city centre and the police SUSPECT he is an exhibitionist!

Maybe it was too hot, Summers in Taipei have temperatures exceeding 40 degrees Celcius! I would probably ride around naked in those kinds of conditions... damn!
That's one of the reasons I would never go back there to live, after living in NZ for over 3/4 of my life 25 degrees is hot to me!
