That's strange...the letters are dated 2004.......I was of the belief that the internet started it's life way back in the 1960s
But in its modern guise from the early 90s onwards. My first connection to the internet was through Telecom in about 1996...Bloody Telecom made a killing outta me, my first month I was charged over $300 for internet usage as they charged $2.50PH...and that was through a 33.6kbps modem...
