Jono mate!! I am just back home in northern Japan after the weekend in Motegi at the Japan Moto GP. I sent you a text while there and didn't get your usual smart arse answer about stealing something precious and bringing it back for you (front forks from Loris's Rizla??)

    Now I know why!

Heal quickly and love to Bron.
"...New Zealanders, for all their faults, have virtues that are precious: an unwillingness to be intimidated by the new, the formidable, or class systems; trust in situations where there would otherwise be none; compassion for the underdog; a sense of responsibility for people in difficulty; not undertaking to do something without seeing it through - "

Well they do say "If you're going to crash, do it in style..."

I'll give you 10 for execution, 9.5 for style, and 4 for landing.

Glad you're 'ok' bro, as soon as I saw that Jason wasn't moving off the line my mind went straight back to the Phillip Island round of WSBK and it was just a matter of hoping that I wasn't about to witness the same thing first hand.

Take you're time to heal, don't worry about the bike - 'we can buff that one right out".

Mate, I was SO glad to see you moving your head around when they were lifting you in to the ambo, even if the look on your face suggested that you didn’t know where the hell you were.

That was a sick scene to gaze upon and I feel like such a lucky bugger to get out of it almost totally unscathed and be able to race the rest of the weekend and knacker your right boot (will be in touch about that by the end of the week).

Thoughts with Jason, really hope he comes out of this ok.

I'm glad I was looking the other way mate. The biff was horrific. Heal well. Hope it all hasn't put you out of action for too long.
