Well on the weekend I found the tag from one of their dogs and it has a mobile number on the back of it. I am trying to think of some clever (and somewhat nasty) way of making use of this

Thanks for the advise too Patrick.

Edit: I was telling a mate I havent seen for ages about the goings on. Now he is a loverly Pommy guy married to a luverly maori lady. His comment was "they are white arent they?". I looked at him puzzled. He said well the darkies wouldnt be so outrightly obvious. The whities are pretty thick...I have not stopped laughing!

You say they are renting the house

Something that I have seen done - evict them!

Prepare an official looking letter (it helps if you know their names) giving them 2 weeks to vacate the premises. Send it registered post.

I have heard of an Auckland property developer who used this to evict some very noisy tenants in a house next to a block of apartments that he had built.

    They move out!

Oh and tonight we are having a party because one of them just got out of prison and no doubt we have all got our benefits paid out so lets drink it and do drugs.

    Another sleepless night awaits me.

Well tonight was the crunch night I think.

Noise control and police. The guys stashed their dope where I could see it and the police couldnt so I wandered down to let the security man know and he said its a police matter.

Meanwhile the entire house load came out to have a go at me. Well I now have a fucking great big target on my back I guess.

Yeah - but the when the party is over and people eveentually go home...

Oh and MD - I spoke to the lawyer friend... harrassment is a crime, and the landlord has an onus of responsibility to the neighbours... but she said if they don't care about the law then threatening them with it is kinda pointless...

The landlord is your best bet on that score.
$2,000 cash if you find a buyer for my house, kumeuhouseforsale@straightshooters.co.nz for details

Yeah I hear you MDU but the landlord got his rent paid up so he kind of doesnt care.

Yesterday I took a long time to think and I have come to the conclusion that these little shits "will NOT intimidate me". They are all thick as two short planks and I found out there was no danger to me as another neighbour was watching every move ready to pounce if it looked like I was in trouble.

I stood up to them and they backed off so BRING IT ON I say......ummm until I get scared of them that is

    You go girl!!!!

They are little shits who need a telling off for the first time in their lives. Get to know all the nighbours and keep an eye out for each other...

Make it uncomfortable for THEM, not the other way around!

Suggest an application process for the party... You choose the biggest/meanest from their "CV" to attend.....

sneak under the house when they fall asleep and burn it to the ground.lol
Cats land on their feet. Toast lands jamside down.
A cat glued to some jam toast will hover in quantum indecision

Curiosity was framed; ignorance killed the cat

Fix a computer and it'll break tomorrow.
Teach its owner to fix it and it'll break in some way you've never seen before.

Well MaDuck there is some good advice there and some possibly not so good.

But you're on the right track, don't let them intimidate you ever.
    They have a pack mentality.
That is their only way they survive, by teaming up on others.

Something that hasn't been said, send round a few trannys'. When they don't get their money for the outcall I could see a few whities clutching their sphincters tight

I had similar problem in Dunners few years back and sent the biggest blackest tranny to their pad.
To say the entertainment was amusing would be the least, but the young fella had to do some fast explaining to his girlfreind of the time as to why a tranny was calling him sweetie and ducky.
