    The neighbours are revolting

Now this is purely an update so I can send the landlord this link and keep a record about the comings and goings.

Last the whole street was given a lovely treat. Donuts up and down the entire street. The police were called by 3 people in the street - not me! but they were sooooo busy last night they could not respond. Just as well it wasnt serious. Today they came back with a boat intent on heading to kawau.....LMFAO

One of the neighbours went over there today and is ready to take action. I suggested that would not be a good idea given the latest very public court case and we should just file the reports with the local cops and be persistant.

I have emailed the landlord twice and still it seems that since he has his rent he doesnt give a toss.

Angry Know were ya coming from,

Really feel for ya with you staying by yourself makes it hard... if you don't want to confront these people, hell, take there dogs out for a start, that will give the pricks something to think about its, amazing how quiet they shut-down because they will be so rapt up in their own crud they wouldn't suspect ya.

I am not afraid of these little pricks anymore. I will confront and I will challenge my right to a goods night sleep while tomorrow I got to work to pay their benefits.

Don't forget to write down all their license plates and on the same night you file a complaint about their party noise, file a complaint on each car for excessive boy racer exhaust noise.

    Or...

Do what I did when some boy racers decided to rev their car on our shared driveway - wheel your bike just out the garage while they are standing there. Turn on the engine, rev it to shit. Turn off bike. Push back in garage. Go back to sleep.

    Worked for me.

But you got to have a loud bike to make your point.

Now I have some new people in that place (white trash trailer hicks) who complain about me working in my garage at 8pm!! Yikes.. lol

Failing that, get a large group of people together and go there all at the same time and inform them rather sternly that the noise stops. And it stops now.

I'm sure there's some large guys on KB with Harleys or other cruisers more then happy to all show up with their bikes at the same time and politely stand behind you while you knock and the door and say "I want to ask you to be quiet. And my friends here want to tell you to shut the fuck up"

Well, if we had a chapter up there I'd had arranged it but right now on Canterbury and new one starting in Sydney soon. Always glad to help people out. Solutions without the violence

    Cool Try

    Give Tenancy Services a ring, 0800 83 62 62
I pretty sure you can take their landlord to tribunal, or them.
But give them a ring and they can advice you what you can do

MD - I'm a fat bloke with shaved head and goatee that rides a noisy crusier... would be happy to ride over for a milo with a few other blokes should you feel like company one arvo.

I'll even spring for some chocolate biscuits - such the nice bloke I am... (Don't tell the missus!)
