    Well when i was on the council 3 drops on a zigzag counted !
    Not as bad as it sounds where i am on the coast, ya can leave here in a t shirt and head to welly or palmy and regret not wearing more ! Nothing like the bay though, if i had 2 choices where to live, they'd be nelson or HB
