Thats such a mess, you'd have to wonder if they did it on purpose its so bad.

That's not fuckup. That's PhD in fuckup.
Thanks for the warning. Looks like you are not the only customer they've lost.
"People are stupid ... almost anyone will believe almost anything. Because people are stupid, they will believe a lie because they want to believe it's true, or because they are afraid it might be true. People's heads are full of knowledge, facts, and beliefs, and most of it is false, yet they think it all true ... they can only rarely tell the difference between a lie and the truth, and yet they are confident they can, and so all are easier to fool." -- Wizard's First Rule
A mistake sure, they happen.
but not when it's a Deliberate act to remove the bike from the back of the truck and leave it at an address which is not correct.
Say I lived at number 5, You deliver the bike to number 17. And then you go on your merry way. Without double checking on the delivery address or phoning to confirm. Thats not a mistake, thats a monumental fuckup.....
And it's not the first time they have dropped the ball on service... But it's certainly gunna be the last time they fuck me around.....
So how's about you go on your merry little way...Or go cry a river around someone who gives a fuck what you think.....
You own a hyobag. Why should they care..??! You obviously don't !

And they gave a few pressies today at the ride today in Wellyville.Thought to self good on them for getting behind a good cause.Bloody bad stuff on your bike though, they could have should have said the bike won't be available when you want it due to ... reason,if there was a reason.
Mind you from their point of view, our firm will be in similar predicament,we recieved a message on the answerphone asking about a promotion if we had running, lady left a snakey message about not getting reply,we reply to ALL messages as long as they LEAVE a number, this silly woman left a number but was WRONG,cell doesn't register, can't find the number from telescum,so have an irate customer probably saying we are useless.Have left her message on machine if she comes in irate,to play to her, can't wait to play it,especially if she rants on,will put it on speaker phone full noise for all to hear after she abuses us,can't wait to see the look on her face when she says sorry I gave wrong number.
Hello officer put it on my tab
Don't steal the government hates competition.
Whoever is at fault are you going to give them a right of reply to your very ''not pulling any punches'' post? Did you endeavour to sort it out to an amicable conclusion with the manager before going public?
There are always two sides to every story and its really sad to see it get to a stage such as this.
Pls read post # 12 --- And I have every right to not pull any punches and if people don't like - stiff shit. You try being fucked around and have your property delivered to the wrong address where it could have gone walk a bout real quick....
Yes I talked to the manager/owner. I was rightly pissed and more than a little hacked off. But still for the lack of service previously and then this occurance there was nothing that could be done to remedy the situation.
Everyone who is in a business of providing a service is, and should be held accountable for their actions, or lack of.
This is a public forum if they wish to reply they can. I have said my piece over the telephone to the owner/manager.
Still does not change the fact I have recieved appalling service more than once, and I will be doing everything to make that perfectly clear to anyone and everyone.
They delivered my bike to a wrong address. And the exscuse was " a mistake"... Bullshit, and more bullshit. Said it before in another post. Thats not a mistake. That bike - is my property, they were under obligation to make sure that bike was safe at all times, while in their hands. The owner of the store would have been up for a replacement bike, as well as paying the finance on that bike, if it had gone walkabout. If he tolerates his staff making those kinds of "mistakes" and is willing to wear the costs if something like that happens again, then so be it, but I highly doubt it......
Not ashamed in the least.
Who made you the high and mighty, judge of what I should or should not have done and in what manner.
Would do and will do the same to any business and or anyone that tries to fuck me over again. Not going to be all nice and flowery and lie down and take it.
Over emotional and immature. Hmmmmmm....Bwahahahaha...hmmmm nope still laughing....![]()
Nope just not taking bullshit service like so many other people around the place for lots of different things.
Venomous. Nah. Not in the slightest. Just blunt - direct and straight to the point. Same as with anything. And once again if people don't like it - stiff......
I'd like to hear a rational explanation from them as to why the bike was delivered to the wrong address - that's something you double check, really. I guess they could have taken the keys as a security measure assuming you have a spare set - what else would you do with them - pop them in the letterbox? Personally, I'd have instructed them to lock the keys under the seat and I'd get them out with my spare, but I guess the odds of them getting that right when they can't even read a number on a letterbox are a bit slim.
I don't have my bike (or car) 'serviced' by dealers, so can someone explain why there seems to be such a long lead time from when you drop the bike in to when they actually do the work? It's not like that with cars. This is the second time in the last week I've heard of someone being without their bike for a 4-5 days for a minor 'service'.
If it wasn't for a concise set of rules, we might have to resort to common sense!
