Thumbs down Service - what service?

TSS Motorcycles just burned another customer..

Booked on Monday for a Pick Up - Service and Delivery for Thursday for the bike.

They picked the bike up Thursday morning no worries
Goes down in only free time I had on Thursday to pay the bill
** BIKE NOT BEING SERVICED TILL FRIDAY .....>WHat The F.....!!!!!
Not what was arranged on the phone on Monday let me tell ya.

Cancelled the plans that were made for Friday. At a $$ cost to me I might add.

Phone call Friday Morning an hour later than promised - Bike ready.

    Go and pay the bill.

    Waiting....Waiting.....Waiting.

Phone call from Police - asking if I knew any reason why my bike was sitting in a driveway not belonging to me.

YES THATS RIGHT BRAINDEAD's delivered my bike to the wrong address.

Go to this address to collect the bike. No farken keys...

YUP BRAINDEAD delivered bike not only to the wrong place, but took the fucken keys with him. + 10 points for you ya retard.

No phone call to say bike has been delivered. No knock on the door to confirm someone was home and that they indeed have the RIGHT FUCKEN ADDRESS you Brainless fucken morons...

Would not entrust my bike or anything else to useless individuals that work at TSS / Red Baron Lower Hutt

    Lost a good customer.
Lost the trade in on my bike
Lost the purchase of my new bike
Lost any further business or recommendations I may have been inclined to put forward..

    LOSERS......

If it wasn't for a concise set of rules, we might have to resort to common sense!

Sounds like and a serious cock up if you ask me! Motorbike shops can be so hot and cold, one minute they are really helpful , next time you seem to be invisable.

Crickey! Has there been no real explaination from them for this comedy of errors????

Although most of this could have been caused by one useless employee - someone of some authority should have taken accountability??

Systematic failure! - Cant blame anyone as that wouldn't be PC!

Funny how businesses can be so inconsistent. Over on this thread http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...ad.php?t=83241 TSS gets some kudos.

Have they gone to sleep a bit since becoming a Red Baron business?
    Cheers

I've had mostly good dealings with TSS, although they did muck me around fairly big time with a service some time back. In summary:
    1) wouldn't hesitate to use them to buy products, clothing, helmets, etc (front desk are outstandingly good and helpful).
    2) servicing is now done elsewhere (a guru up in the hills of Stokes Valley).
It's back..."Political Correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."

Yup - to above posts regarding talking to Stu. Did that, at the time regarding the cockup of the servicing. Expressed the concerns I had and said he had lost me as a customer.

Credit to Stu, he asked what he could do to remedy the problem. Not much he could do however, as this was as they say - The straw that broke the camels back. One too many cockups for me to go back.

Others may experience nothing but good from TSS or even other bike shops, and some will experience nothing but poor service. I'm just not in the business of being on the end of absolutely piss poor service from any industry, which I spend money at.

Will now look for somewhere else to service the bike. And hopefully will only have it for another service, before the new bike is purchased....

I'm with you on this one Dingo.

Everyone does make mistakes, but that's a pretty serious list of fuck-ups.
