    Levitation and superconductors

This is pretty cool and not science fiction.

Sweet, now if they could just get superconductors that to work at room tempretures the world's energy crisis could become a thing of the past

There is work being done on warm superconductors but they are still damned cold -150 degrees?

The train setup could work if the nitrogen/hydrogen whatever could be contained in near-perfect insulation. Vacuum casing would be the go.

I was thinking more along the lines of all circuitry and power transmission lines to be replaced with super-conductors. I think maintining a vacuum around these might be a little difficult.
