Here's one even stupider: Require all eligible parties to file a format-specified budget by 4 weeks pre-election.

Legaly require them to stick to it, books audited quarterly.

Fix the term of government to "as long as you stay within budget".

New budget = new election.

Robert is at one extreme & I don't always agree with him, but I think some of the labour supporters are equally blinkered in their approach.

Helen & Sullen will have known about the about the prefu situation for prob 3 months , what have they done , nothing but play politics, this is actually more important than that .
