Shame you weren't there this time around.....

The only disappointing thing was the grid sizes to be honest especially compared to the previous weekend at Manfield where there were full grids.

Have you decided on the 600 or 1000 yet as the weapon of choice for the season? You looked to be going well at Manfield on the big bike..........

I tried a season of racing a 1000 (R1) and 600 (R6) at the same meetings a while back and found it difficult to jump off one onto the other, plus it gets bloody expensive when you crash both at one event.....

    The wife was not happy.
The older i get the faster i used to be.......

The meeting was a month or so earlier than expected.
Youll find that a lot of the "big boys" come out to play closer to nats time. Usually the november meeting is a ripper
Its a worry though that the thou boys are beeing a bit quieter than last season
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?

Yeah man ill be there next time for sure, decided the thou is the best option for me! Its too hard jumping back and forward for me so ill just leave it to the thou. I would have been there but it clashed with the moto gp! It would be cool if there was a decent club championship or North Island championship hell anything to get the "factory boys" out on the track more then a couple of times a year! Im going to race mx next winter and just race road in the summer. Sounds like im gonna have to get my a into g otherwise im gonna be getting waxed by 600s...

Damn, you are flying. Brave going that hard on Pukekohe man. That track is lethal. Don't kill yourself. How long till Hampton Downs takes over as the Auckland track of choice? My best lap was only a high 63 :P

Good work, well done. And good luck for the rest of the season.

And don't worry about the kiwi knockers... tall poppy syndrome is a national pastime.
