    Yes, by several orders of magnitude. Use earphones.

    With only 4 watts of power output the ability to listen to it would diminish with speed.
    If you are after some sounds there are amps and speakers that are clearly heard at and above legal speeds.

    I personally enjoy being able to listen to my sounds from speakers rather than ear buds, I can clearly hear at legal speeds, its great if one does not mind a bit of attention as people look to see where the sounds are coming from, surely not from the bike

    Hell yeah, it'd be OK when you stop for a pie and a piddle but I can't see them being anything other than annoying on a ride. Earphones mate
