haha I don't think anything is planned until next week, shit hang on, yeah, there is something (forgot it was the 11th this Sunday). Come on Wednesday and throw your 2 cents in.
Has anyone done that Te Anga road recently? Spaz and I did it the other day. It's a good ride, even if you do nearly fall off the road and head butt the bank(the lesson we learn today children is that you don't look at the person in front of you and you look at your line instead).
Didn't someone throw that route idea around before? It would be cool for a future ride.
what time do you meet for drinks at the tavern i will try and get a pass from the missus to come down
We will probably head down about 6-6:30 I'd say. Murray will be there from 8:45am![]()
Everyone else usually is there before us...bloody booze hags
As Spaz said, no drop or anything like that, just a red face and a "that was dumb" moment. It like a "learn the hard way" type of thing but without the scares to remind you. I prefer them that way if they're gonna happen at all
It must have been my earth shattering reflexes that saved my ass...but more than likely someone looking out for my lucky ass (I suppose it helped we weren't pushing it and it was a slow corner before it).
Yeah I did tell Brooke. I thought it would be a good lesson for both of us to learn haha.
Lucky boy!
The Naki run was wicked. Great day for it so there were millions of bikes out. I liked the run around the coast. But heading back inland to Stratford it was dead straight roads most of the way. Luckily it didn't take long at warp factor 9
You going on the 11th LOR?
One in four people are unbalanced. Think of three friends - if they seem OK then you're the one!
Sweet.. Yeah that main road near Stratford is pretty dull..
I probably will go for the ride on the 11th.. don't remember where it's supposed to be going though
You didn't seem all that well with that cold starting to hit you too.. I found that corner back on googlemaps street view![]()
