Hey all as everybody has said it was a good ride yesterday, it was good to get to know all a bit better and have so many different levels of riders abilities i cant ride for shit so good to see everyone made it back ok.where ever the ride is on sunday i will do my best to be there. i did the coro loop early this year in awesome weather huge fun with lots of different style of roads but i agree wait till weather is better and make a day of it, last time we started at 9.30am and got home at 6 hard day but smiles per hour all the way.

Sounds like you's had a blast on the weekend! Would have loved to joing you but the snow and my board was calling rather loudly.....

Next sunday sounds to be a go from what I've been reading Just to add to the mix... down south-ish waikato theres some v nice rides, for some reason I havnt done a whole lot of riding up past huntly ay. Change is good though

if it is truly a "laxed" out ride then Mrs TA may come along
The better option I would think is reverse the route ... a pootle through north waikato, heading towards sh27, then on to bombay. Stop for food/drinks/smokes/sex/whatever . .then head down SH22 .. at least that way if smoky comes along he can save his hooning for the trip home :P
I think the "better option" maybe the go. Head off Gordonton road up the east side of SH1. Means we are on SH1 from Te Kauwhata to Bombays service centre but if we ride as a group at the legal speed limit there is safety in numbers. Then back down SH22. Those that may want to go out to Port Waikato could split off??? and depending on distance is whether ro head down to Raglan or cut back in at ngarwahia and back into town via river road.

Any yea's or neigh's??? Weather forecast is showers but that means jack-shit

OK. Working on Mr Terminal Addicts wisdom I have done the google maps thing and come up with the following.

meet Kingsgate carpark 10.30 am Sunday 9th Nov. Those who want $10 buffet breakfast 9.40ish.

The route: North along Gordonton Road, turn right Orini Rd, left at Rutherford rd, left at Tahuna rd, right Waiterimu rd, left Waikare rd, left Waerenga rd, through TeKauwhata. Up SH1 as group and either stop Pokeno and back via Pokeno rd, Wangarata rd, River rd(SH22) or Bombays and back Mill rd, Harrisville rd, through Tuakau (george street and onto River rd (SH22). At Waingaro turnoff either on to Raglan or through to Ngrawahia. Anyone wanting to head to Port Waikato speak up (but its a there and back type of road)

I hope all the roads are sealed!!! Mr Addict maybe able to elaborate

If all Ok can one of you calendar masters put it up. Ride dependent on weather and decision up to the individual on the day. Yes'es for breakfast please pm murray

Sounds good. Since I haven't been to Port Waikato, I may go for a blat just to tick it off the list.

Although I know some of those roads, I think I'll be sitting behind on this one.

What was it like Squid? I hung up the board last weekend after the wind and the crowd.
Most probably in for the brekky but Murray, I'll let you know by tonight/tomorrow.

I seem to be going through that phase too. Not trusting corners/roads I don't know. Same as all I suppose, ride the road a couple of times and then sweet. So maybe you will be waiting for me
