So who went today for a ride, saw 4 or 5 bikes just down by the base and wondered if it was anyone from here. Thought we might come and join in the ride next Sunday :-)

Didn't make it for a ride today but would have liked to. Wasn't very happy when we were coming from Tauranga though and pulled over for three bikers (we were in our Car aka "cage") we were nice and gave them heaps of room to pass us and only the last one acknowledged us. Pricks. Then another two bikers passes us later on and we didn't the same and still no acknowledgment, that just gives us bikers bad names hope they weren't KBers!

Here's hoping to see some of you next weekend for a ride.
Were are those winning numbers for lotto again..... Having to sell all your toys sucks

    Coro loop!!!!

    Hello Hamilton KBer's

Was a great day for a ride, so me and fellow KBer "Rideon" (aka Dad) went for a ride. Dads always wanted to take me on the coromandel loop, so we did it,!!!!

Two stops, one in Whangamata for coffee, and then over the few hills to Coromandel for lunch, (highly recommend the BBQ pork ribs, from Pepper Tree).
then a nice pace over the last two hills, then down the Thames coast, where overtaking becomes a nice challenge for my ninja, but still very easy in the right spots.

Plenty of twisties, long straights, hills, cafes, traffic, everything a good ride should have, left at 8:30am, and got back around 5:30pm.

Heres a link to the loop we did:

Great day out, maybe look at doing this as a nice long day trip with the Laxed out riders.

Oh really you must be an excellent judge of character with such fine company.

Did you see the grin on his face after taking the gargoyle out for rides?
