It appears some of us should be working
haha I find this is good for a brief break. Especially when you're the boss!!

Kryssie, kryssy, kryrstyn, krysstin (I'm out of ways to spell it, I know I haven't got the right way)...I'm surprised you're on the list. What you joined in on page 30 odd maybe?? Good effort!!

I'm a little disappointed I'm 5th. I need to lift my guy. But no one can compete with Green Goo Man.

About that site (route thing), I put in all the points at turn offs and have the "auto-follow road" things selected and it doesn't follow the road. I get a bunch of straight lines. Am I missing something?

Did you try Google Maps ? I also put up a link earlier for a proposed route that includes the roads we did last night

Had a look at it. It seems easier to drag the route around and it will stick to the road better. A little annoying entering in certain points but it's not that bad. To me, the best route planner would be one that you just click certain points, it joins them up following the road, and to change something you just drag the line.

Edit: Mean, that's what google maps does! Once you put two points anywhere, you can change them or drag them anywhere and the line follows

    Choice

Edit again: I see the problem though, you can't save it.

i will not be able to do the charity ride this year as i will be nursing a bad hang over after drinking copious amounts of beer at my work do. i did the ride last year and it was ok a huge mix of bikes, riders and abilities so if you are going be carefull and watch your mirrors.
i will be at the ride this sunday probably not at the brekkie though what with ankle bitters to sort out. All in favour of the green team say AYE

Te Rapa tavern of course, sometime later today and everyone buys there own. For everyones info I have one of there menu's and the lovely Kirsten said they would put some platters on for us and reserve some leaners/tables. So if someone can sus out the Cock & Bull and see if they OK that would be great and Te Rapa can always be used as 2nd option.

And wysper did you count each and everyones posts and if so where did you find the time to do that!!!!

I thought someone might ask that... on the new post page, if you click on the "number of replies" in the thread link it tells you who has posted how many times.

In my defence i do not want to ride while under the influence as this can lead to all sorts of issues and after going to bed at about 6am then rising like a zombie to climb aboard a toxic missile and try and ride without dying or taking out any of you guys i believe i have a reasonable case. (or am i being to sensible maybe its my age)
