Wow your organised! I just rocked up rode around for a few hours and get the BHST peice of paper that says "yup he can use 1st and 2ed gear"

Like everone else is saying do both, Ward Fisher on Avalon dve. is very good (ex cop) but more expensive I than pass-right I think. I woud'nt recomend getting a 2 stroke 250cc for a first bike, GN's are slow and dont like going round corners all that much but very stable and good to get the hang of riding on.
