they said that they do insurance, so i asked for my bike (i have my learners) what they wood insure me for. they said with my GTR insured for 6000 that my premium would be $327 with a excess of $500.

obviously this would pay 6000 if i crashed. 5000 worth of riding gear. 1000 worth of keys and locks (incase you have chiped keys etc). and theft cover too.

also if you do there rider training days they take the course cost off your next years premium.

i thought it was a pretty good deal. http://www.hondaridersclub.co.nz/ if you want more info that is there wedsite

You thinking of getting a Honda? Well I suppose you do have those peircings

That price is pretty similar to how much I pay but I don't think I get the gear cover. That's pretty handy.

Thought we might go down for a look see if anyone interested, I think I read somewhere $10 entry for spectators
And $20 if you wanna race mmm I wonder if I can snag a mates fizzy. That'll be entertaining.

It actually sounds pretty good. The Novice class is a good idea. I might have to see what we're doing.

Just been up to see Dave and Krissie at hospital. She was on KB when she got the phone call. He's all good, just going into Xrays as I arrived. Krissie just txt me and hes going to have a plate put in his LEFT wrist sometime soon, bit of bruising on the knee other than that pretty good considering. He went to pass a car that had pulled to the left and it them did a sharp right and dave went into the back door of the car at about 90 kph. He should be home later today!!

Krystin tells me that he's going to have a plate put in his arm as soon as possible - built in armour?

She says he's in a ward waiting for the OP to put the plate in which will be tomorrow.

    So he's in good hands

Wednesday is generally the night I go to te rapa Tavern between 5 and 6. Anyone feeling like mid week drinkies (especially with the hotter weather) think about coming along. Special for the night is burger and fries and pint of beer for $7.00. Now thats what I call a mega deal!!!

hey all, yea hes going to be ok but it will be at least 6 weeks till hes on a bike again. We have no idea when he will get his plate put in, fingers crossed for tomorrow. He had just picked up the bike from speedtech and was really happy with how it was running....damn cars....if I find that guy hes in for an ear full. On the up side the cops didnt turn up to talk to Dave. He had his camera running so hopefully that is still on the bike, find out tomorrow when I go to get it. Il have another look on the road side too, I found one of his pegs earlier and theres fairings all over the road so hes very lucky to get away with his wrist broken and a few grazes.

Ah well, back to the hospital tomorrow.

    Thanks to Murray and Koz
