A week or two ago some of us were discussing the Chateau-to-Plateau run from National Park down the forgotten highway to Stratford. This would be a great road to do before summer leaves us. Is anyone still keen?
I reckon it is do-able in 1 day. Leave at 7:30am and back by 5:30pm (cruising 120-130 most of the way). It is about the same amount of time I spent on the gixer last sunday. Any takers?come on ... you know you want to!!!

Him and I are hatching something for Waitangi weekend .. I'll post develops closer to the date.
