If you change the airflow on the in or the out, there's a good chance you will have to change the other side. Allot of people don't do this but you run the risk of running too hot (lean) or too cold (over-fueling)
overfueling is bad because your bike wont run right but lean means that the firing it too hot and you can do serious damage.
Best idea is to get advice from a place like speed-tech or get the specific air-flow of the new system and compare it to the old (if its possible)
Koz you sure your not sponsored by speed-tech? pretty much everytime whout fail when you talk about anything to do wh changing somthing on a bike its always speed-tech lol.
He's right though, if you diddle around wh flows and stuff you will need to retune. Not too painful and needs to be done.
