I've found their parts and survice dept to be pretty sweet ay

Big Bikes on grasslands place are the best place for workshop I've found. Good prices and survice

I know what you mean tho, you could walk in there with thounsands of dollars of cash hanging out your pocket and they will just walk right past you
you are a salespersons worst nightmare, nice one!

Its really weird that they would act this way... i would have thought there was commission on sales of bikes. Possibly the BMW effect?

Anyways, every time i have gone in for parts they have been awesome, the chick who normally does the parts (cat?) was real helpful and straight up with costs and delivery dates and they weren't late!

Yeah it is Kat. Apparently a crazy chick (dunno who told me that) but bloody switched on. After today I'll be able to say if their service dept. is good or not. The dude seems bloody good so all going well. Don't really want to take my bike to the shore for every service.

And yeah we've done the Kawhia road a few times and the Waitomo at least once. The Waitomo ride is cool.
