    Talking YouTube buys BDOTGNZA filter

    Breaking news!

YouTube has seen the light and procured BDOTGNZA filtering software.

"Some users and advertisers have shied away from YouTube because of the vitriol, bullying and incoherence that dominates much of the user comments.

YouTube is so reputed for its unintelligent discussions that a software developer has created a Firefox extension, dubbed YouTube Comment Snob, which simply filters out undesirable comments on the site by searching for poor selling, bad language, excessive punctuation and capitalisation and comments with all capital letters."

^^^ You foresaw an idealistic vision of a KB where BDOTGNZA can be retired into dotage and revered in the past tense for its pivotal role in bringing linguistic purity to the masses?

Isn't frisson a type of french pudding (probably made from whipped escargot)?

I heard that it was a kind of dog...
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    No, actually I do not.
It was more of a kweschun, hence the curly ? thang at the end.
But I think I might've seen one on TV once, on the Discovery channel or like that there.

How did poor Dr H's thread expounding a vision of utopia become transmogrified into a discourse on leg-humping gay French puddings?

The power of language never ceases to amaze me...

    Sorry.
It's prolly my fault, and the lack of power of a tired, diseased brain...

Ah so sorry. I thought it was one of them reto...reetoar...rhett...questions that don't need an answer.
(Advice to the cautious: - when unsure of spelling, use another word - the BDOTGNZA have a long reach)

'Tis OK. I enjoyed it - and I almost laughed inappropriately in the library.

I believe my brain must be similarly diseased, since I am procrastinating on KB instead of researching the so-called 'right to silence'.

    How ironic.

Tell us more, perhaps about the types of ways one might laugh appropriately, in amongst the piles of books, and studious students therein.
Perhaps a nice polite, dusty cough-laugh?
    A tentative titter?
    A snot-snuffling snort or two?
    Do tell...

So the standard answer of "yes you have the right to silence but what you lack is the capability" is not going to work for you huh?

yeah yeah i know I am similarly bored, diseased brained and I too laughed inappropriately during this thread.
