If you both have, then you both should have when on the bike. Both acts can be just as dangerous, sure, you shouldn't get broken bones or road scuffs during sex (if you do then think, location/location/location) but the female becoming pregnant or a STD is likely without protection right?
On a bike, the suffering you endure if you survive could be horrendous ....much worse than giving birth (cant speak from experience but I have heard) giving birth feels like someone pulling your bits up over your head and stapling it to the back of your neck....
