    I need a flat mate.

Right, the title says most of it, I'm lookin for someone to start a new flat with.

I'll be looking for a three bedroom, so I can have my kids every other weekend
. This wouldn't mean no parties or visitors on those weekends, people round here can attest that my kids are used to people coming round evenings, and behave themselves too.

The "joint" will have a garage for sure, with equal rights of course, but if you loose any of my tools, the punishment is death.

Location is yet to be decided, so let me know where you'd be looking and we can go from there.

Is a flat mate one who went down on one once too often?

Dunno, what does one mean when he refers to "going down"?

One didn't. One said "went" not "going"...

Newlands, J'Ville area most likely. Looking at upto 300 per week, of which I'd pay close to two thirds of since I need two bedrooms.

    ASAP really.

PM me if you're keen to meet, and discuss it. Or text 027 429 4838 anytime.

Having my kids is what I most look forward to mate, 7 hour drive to do it would piss me off.
