Does anyone know anywhere in christchurch/canterbury that can fix/rebuild motorbike engines?

my gsx has blown a bearing or so (i think) and have no idea where i could take it

Ring around the shops, Trevor Pierce, New Brighton, Sportzone etc ask them, you could also try a few of the engine rebuilders, it all depends on how far you want to go with it.

They're not that bad to do yourself mate, getting all the parts together would be the biggie I guess.

I just reassembled my GSXR750 engine after a bent rod, no previous experience in full rebuilds. Took my time followed a clymer manual and had a friend on hand. Seems to have worked so far (just gotta stick carbs on to see for sure)
