If anyone else would like to attend please send me a PM so I can organise it.
Please note that this is subject to your bucket being of an acceptable standard and nyloned properly.

    That was quite the experience

The efficiency of the Kart club is impressive. Each session started almost immediately following the previous one, marshals were rotated seamlessly, it was always clear what was going on.

The facilities are fantastic. Real toilets, a comfortable club house with an LCD TV, what looked like full kitchen facilities and an amazing range of food.
The pit area (where we were at least) was all concrete and covered. Everyone had easy and quick access to the dummy grid.

Everyone I talked to there was really friendly and seemed pretty interested in the bikes and what we were doing. I learnt a fair bit about the Karting world as well. Pretty impressive how fast the little kids there rocket around.

Then there is the track, what a stunner. So many corners, elevated sections, a couple of straight bits and all plenty wide enough for people to pass me

All in all a great day. Really looking forward to the next one and I hope they are happy for us to become a regular feature. If we can't get our own day there I would be more than happy to continue to racing with the Karters.

Mate do you have any details on next weekends run at Kaitoke? Just adding some more nylon and the like at the moment to get up to standard.
Also do you need a proper race licence for Kaitoke or is it the same rules as the Slipway?
    Cheers,

Same as Slipway but much more tightly controlled. Have you been in touch with Nudemetalz? If not, you need to.
