Small torque wrench needed - Chch

Gidday. My bro and I have both been adjusting valve clearances on our XTZ750's which means we need to remove the cam caps and cam sprockets (bucket and shim adjustment system). Torque settings for installation are 7.2 ft lb (10Nm) and 17 ft lb (24Nm) which is a little bit light for my big clunker of a 1/2 drive torque wrench. Wondering if anybody in or around Chch has a 3/8 or 1/4 drive torque wrench with a scale of up to 20 ft lb or there bouts that bro and I could borrow asap. We would like to have the bikes on the road to go to the Greymouth Races this Sunday (25th) if possible.

    We break we pay.

    Cheers R

Just replied to your email jistdowit. Thanks for the offer but hopefully have something sorted. I'll ring later if not.

Hope to see your GS around sometime. Have a look at my website (see my signature), it might be of some interest to you.
