Do you know someone like this?

OK so I'm at home with a raging flu trying to rest and recover but given my current workload I have to work while I'm at it

Talk about brain fade (yes even more than usual) drugs are bad hmmkay...so given I am currently lacking in any inspiration I thought hell why not throw this out to the KB hordes. Surely at least one of them will have at least one brilliant idea that I can 'leverage' for my latest piece of work.

SO if you are up for it PLEASE help me with my homework There's a chockie fish in it for people suggestions that I will actually use.

CONTEXT: I'm developing a 'team effectiveness and bondage I mean bonding day' and I have to base this around a specific theory of team dynamics.

Given that I don't much like using stock standard things (and they are dry as hell in this instance) I am looking for ideas of well known personalities (not KB ones) OR professions (hell I'll even be keen on well known characters from film or TV) that fit each of the descriptors below.

IF you can provide any ideas these would be much appreciated. Reply with the number of the descriptor and the personality or profession you think fits.

    THANKS IN ADVANCE TOO.

SO the 9 descriptors are as follows (and I am not going to use their official names as this might stiffle your creativity!):

    1. Calm self-confident and controlled. . A good communicator who uses the team’s resources to achieve goals.May not be outstanding in terms of creative ability.
    2. Vigorous, active, outgoing and dynamic. Prone to be aggressive and impatient. Concerned with goals rather than the team. Low interpersonal tolerance. Not trusted.
    3. Individualistic, serious-minded, unconventional, introverted. Creative, innovative and independent. Thinks intensely and high intelligent. Not team oriented, off hand and critical. Overlooks practical constraints. Easily offended.
    4. Moderate, composed, unemotional, prudent. Intelligent, impartial, hard headed. Considers decisions carefully. Not creative or achievement oriented. Lacks inspiration or ability to motivate others. Indifferent.
    5. Extroverted, enthusiastic, curious, communicative. A negotiator and explorer. Makes things happen. Good interpersonal skills. Thinks on feet. Not original or creative. Enthusiasm flags after initial fascination.
    6. Conservative, dutiful and predictable. Organising ability, practical, common sense, hard working, self discipline. Identifies with organisation. Lack of flexibility, enthusiasm and creativity. Unresponsive to unproven ideas.
    7. Compulsive and introverted. Finishes jobs on time. High standards and self control. Gets job finished, strength of purpose and reliable. Good organiser. Tenacious. Anxious and socially retiring. Holds on too long.
    8. Socially oriented, forgiving and sensitive. Diplomatic. Maximises use of skills in team. Good interpersonal skills. Trusting and caring. Ensures smooth running of group. Indecisive at moments of crisis. Not competitive or goal orientated. Too self sacrificing and non-critical.
    9. Single Minded, technocratic.Self starting, dedicated, keen to learn their subject, proud of work. Single minded, will exclude factors outside their expertise, thorny, territorial about their profession

Again thanks for any ideas and help provided

Excuse the gross over simplification but this sounds like a typical Kaumatua. Sits quietly at the back of a meeting house letting the team debate the topic at hand or solve the problem in front of them.

If/when things either go off track, or some serious wisdom is needed then it is offered. The whole group knows they are there the whole time, and their input is mostly not verbalised, which places even more value on anything they DO say.

I may not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I always was.

Ok - probably more keen on the really obvious examples so that anyone can relate and see the connection - but keep the ideas coming

#6 is going to be a tough one - boring people don't usually hit the limlight much

Conservative, dutiful and predictable. Organising ability, practical, common sense, hard working, self discipline. Identifies with organisation. Lack of flexibility, enthusiasm and creativity. Unresponsive to unproven ideas

Someone hard working but boring at batshit in Parliament might be an idea. Bill English perhaps? Maybe Janette Fitzsimmons?
