No. 6 John Major, ex-British PM.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

Some great ideas flowing in!!! Love the tongue in cheek ones too just the kind of thing I'm looking for as I'd like to inject some personality into this stuff.

At this point have nothing for numbers 4, 7 and 8 so if you can suggest a well known personality, Profession or Character for those awesome - but again all ideas for any of the other descriptors are welcome

No, number 8. He's definitely NOT a technocrat (E=Mc^2 fell out of a mathematical error), and spent most of his professional life working and guiding other people in teams. His inter-personal relationships were very strong and he made several goofs that he regretted when working on the Manhattan Project (even working on the Manhattan Project was a cause for great regret), particularly when trying to compete at Politics with Politicians. Self serving creeps like Edward Teller used Einstein as a stepping stone, because of his non-critical team management and indecision at crisis points.

You may have to watch the Cable Guy again, with that definition in mind to see what I mean.

Nice! Thanks for the explanation around Al - didn't know much about him or his career myself. Didn't realise he worked with teams...

Cable guy will definitely have a look at that...have to admit I HATE Jim C so didn't pay much attention the only time I ever came across that movie BUT I LIKE the idea of that character.

In fact, Edward Teller would be a good choice for No 9.

Is he the big fat one, or the short one that doesn't say much?
