Looks like they are "focussing" on the jacobs brakes issue to get public approval/acceptance but it can/will be used for all noise.

What next - "fun" cameras? Anyone caught smiling and obviously enjoying the henious act of driving a motor vehicle will be ticketed.

- you cant enjoy driving or riding in Sydney.peak hour goes from 7am to 9pm.
